Our Legal Experts

Aejis Migration has helped many individuals, families and businesses achieve their dreams of becoming Australian residents.

We are registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) in Australia, authorising us to provide migration advice.

We operate under a strict Code of Conduct administered by MARA, ensuring professional conduct. Where migration agents are only subject to MARA guidelines, our lawyers are also subject to the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld), Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules, and the Queensland Legal Services Commission.

This means that we are legally obligated to protect your confidential information and that you are covered by the laws surrounding legal professional privilege, among other things.

Our lawyers regularly participate in professional courses to update and expand their knowledge of migration regulations and policy, meaning we continuously keep you informed of any changes to the law.
